You can now have a PRIVATE PRENATAL CLASS in the comfort of your own home. You may wish to rent the HEATED BIRTH POOL for your waterbirth experience or you may wish the added support of the BIRTHING TENS which can be used before, during and after your childbirth experience too and is COVERED by most extended health plans... Whether you live in Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver as well as the Greater Vancouver areas, Squamish and Whistler too...I can travel to your home and help prepare you for one of life's most amazing and empowering experiences. Let me show you how to best prepare your body for the oncoming birth of your baby, teach and guide you both through the practicalities of childbirth whilst not forgetting that you and your baby are both unique individuals too... The PERSONAL PRENATAL PACKAGE includes a 4 hour session with a FREE COMPLIMENTARY labour support pack which includes the use of the Birthing TENS machine (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation), a birthing ball, massage oils, stimu-roller & relaxation CD to prepare & support you through your experience. Following the birth of your baby, breastfeeding & postpartum support is offered upon collection of your package. The 'one to one' tutorial is given by myself, Jenny, an birth and labour support Doula and mother of two boys. Visual aids, pictoral flip charts & DVD's are incorporated into the tutorial to enhance your interactive learning experience. Questions are always encouraged & answered appropriately to meet your needs individually. The portable BIRTHING TENS UNIT is available on its own as well as the luxury HEAT RETAINING BIRTH POOL. Both are very popular in Europe & now available to you in B.C. as well as the rest of Canada too. Lots of positive feedback from midwives, doulas & labouring women in B.C. who have used either/both to support them through childbirth experiences.
